Scream from the rooftops about the critical role neurostrategy plays in business.

While we’re pretty sure our brilliance will transform your business, we can’t be held responsible for any unexpected side effects—like skyrocketing creativity, spontaneous teamwork, or an overabundance of good ideas. We’re not responsible for not-so-good ones either.

Neurodiversity is your game to win—we’re just the helpful sidekicks handing out wisdom and a solid set of building blocks. If things don’t go as planned, well, that’s on you—apply the tools correctly and aim higher next time.

We kid. But seriously, trial and error is the only way. Just keep they lines of communication open.

Remember, there’s no magic, one-size-fits-all answer to neurodiversity because it’s all about the individuality of the individuals involved. We’ll point you in the right direction, but it’s your job to actually do the thing and make it work!

This website, our newsletters, our social posts, books, courses, etc (basically, anything we write and/or publish both publicly and privately) are published with the belief that they contain factual and accurate information (or at least well-informed opinion)at the time they are published. We DO NOT diagnose, treat, or train others to diagnose/treat. For those struggling with, or those who think they might be struggling with, neurodivergent tendencies or disabilities, please consider seeking a formal diagnosis and following the recommended professional/personalized support plan. While there are some overarching commonalities, the different struggles and solutions for neurodivergency (like for those with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc) are often unique to the individual – and therefore so is the treatment. 

As with all other strategies for business, positive results from taking the GTB courses, joining our communities, and/or adopting a neuroinclusive workplace (think increased productivity and decreased employee turnover) aren’t guaranteed.

What if I don’t agree with something you post or share?

You don’t have to agree with everything we say. It’s totally okay if you don’t. Actually, it’s good if you don’t. Neurodiversity is more of a philosophical science than an exact one, and it will look different for every company, every team, every person, and every project. The trick is learning the basic rules (like gravity, but for neurodiversity). Also, anyone can be a misguided idiot from time to time… so you totally shouldn’t confuse our willingness to share what we’ve learned/think with some kind of faultless authority. (Psst… if you think you’ve identified something that is factually inaccurate, please let us know.)

What’s the deal with the “brass ring” thing?

When BB was a kid, she sang a song in school about everyone needing. to reach for their own brass rings, and she’s loved the idea ever since. It’s long been synonymous with personal success through strategy and perseverance. Plus, it’s based in yesteryear excitement of carousels and carnivals… and what is better than carousels and carnivals? We can’t think of a single industry that did (does??) more to support and promote neurodiverse talent than the carnival. A better example of different types of people with all different strengths working together with a common goal for success. Or a better comparison to being a corporate neurodivergent than the idea of going up and down while simultaneously going round and round with a goal of trying to reach for something that’s almost out of reach completely and damn-near impossible. Don’t know the history of the brass ring? Look it up. 

Why don’t you use more jargon or technical terms when explaining things?

First of all, as you will soon learn, jargon is a big fat no-no when it comes to neurodivergents. At GTB, we’ll do our best not to rely on jargon, but sometimes jargon really is the only way to say something. It’s also important for you to know that we won’t tolerate people who think degrees and formal teachings are necessary for intelligence. Condescension has no place at GTB. We’re all still learning (at least we hope you are) and there are plenty of people (us included) who just don’t see the need to worry about what you call something so long as you can make it work in context.

How is neurodiversity the secret to all things marketing?

Neurodiversity is the secret sauce in marketing because it brings fresh, unconventional perspectives to the table. Neurodivergent individuals often think outside the traditional marketing box, offering insights that resonate with wider, more diverse audiences. Their unique ways of processing information, problem-solving, and creativity can lead to innovative campaigns that break through the noise. In a world where everyone is fighting for attention, having a team that naturally approaches challenges differently gives your marketing a competitive edge—leading to more authentic connections and, ultimately, better results.

How can neurodiversity save my company money?

You don’t have to spend $999 in advertising to make $1k.

Instead double-down on the creativity, effective work processes, and ‘pride in a job well-done’ thing. That’s what it will take. GTB will provide a community of support, but it’s still your garden to hoe. The “just make more than you spend” method above was designed to make the ads platform rich, not the businesses doing the advertising. 

Can I really get banned from the GTB community?

Yes. Be a freaking decent human being or go somewhere else with your bullshit. Seriously. Be it in a chat, forum, comment board, whatever, GTB will boot anyone acting like an over-aggressive or spammy asshole, and no refunds will be given for any amounts already paid. Period.

Are you trying to change the world?

GTB isn’t looking to “shape the future” or “change the world.” Our egos aren’t that big. We just want to make the world a better place for as many people as we can by sharing what we know. We’re trying to make our corner of the world a little better and share our skills and knowledge with others that are in that corner with us. We’re firm believers that if we all create a small corner and focus on fixing that small part, the bigger issues will take care of themselves (since they’re made up of all the small corners).

How is neurodiversity the secret to a cohesive, high-performing team?

Neurodiversity creates a team where different strengths come together, like pieces of a puzzle. Each neurodivergent individual brings their own unique skills—whether it’s hyperfocus, creative problem-solving, or a knack for spotting details others miss. This diversity of thought leads to more innovative solutions and stronger collaboration. Instead of everyone thinking the same way, neurodiverse teams complement each other, filling in gaps and pushing each other to new levels of performance. When properly supported, neurodiverse teams aren’t just cohesive—they’re unstoppable.

How is neurodiversity the secret to successful business?

There’s nothing new under the sun – even in business and marketing.

Stop listening to fake gurus and experts that tell you they’ve developed a magic new system or cracked some code and there’s tons of easy money to be made. Hope makes people forget to distrust things that sound too good to be true – thing is, it doesn’t change the fact that if they sound it, they almost always are. Real success takes hard work and a good reputation (and enough money to afford good help). They’re the reasons why harnessed creativity and neurodiversity are such a strategic edge in the marketplace. It’s been that way forever, bee tee dubs… we all just forgot about the interpersonals for a minute during the excitement of the digital revolution. Effective utilization of human resources will always make the biggest difference… and offer the best ROI.

Do you offer private coaching, consulting, speaking, or training?
